Design & Engineering

We design virtual, data-driven models, uniquely developed to meet your project’s specifications and comply with local building codes. This ensures a stable, cohesive design that interfaces seamlessly with other building components.

Drawings

Collaborative, virtually-designed models of your project are created to ensure constructability and design intent is adhered to throughout the entire process.

Engineering

Designs are reviewed by our in-house engineering team to ensure thermal performance, structural adequacy, and to implement sound building science.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Approved design is developed into a collaborative model that facilitates 3D visualization and improves coordination for early clash detection.

Fabrication Model

The collaborative model is then translated into a virtual fabrication map that synergizes the manufacturing and installation processes.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

In-house and never outsourced.

We translate the virtual fabrication model into machine programming per project requirements. The virtual model guides sequencing, fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance. All manufacturing operations are performed in-house, mitigating errors and in-field work.

Pre-Assembly

Frame components are individually processed and sequenced to ensure seamless integration during assembly.

Assembly
