The new Chemical Bank headquarters is located at Woodward and West Elizabeth in Detroit. The tower is a 20-storey, mixed-use building, with approximately 7,500 sq. ft. of ground level commercial space and 185,000 sq. ft. of office space, a rooftop terrace, and ten-storeys of parking. This new project is expected to help revitalize the downtown core by bringing approximately 500 workers to Chemical Bank, as well as an array of new tenants to a once vacant area of the city. Our team joined the project in a design assist capacity, providing curtain wall and custom perforated sails/panels as part of our manufacturing services.
