Innovative top-down assembly and large format wall enclosures make The Exchange, otherwise known as Gratiot, the first building of its kind in North America, and one of the first in the world. Construction on the tower began in 2021 and the project completed in 2023. The combination of large format wall enclosing and top-down construction helped reduce the construction time of the project, bringing lots of value to our clients. The pioneering 16-storey tower boasts several residential apartments and condos, as well as private, for-lease offices.
