West Lincoln Memorial Hospital

CGI is joining the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital team in a design assist capacity. This project will result in the construction of a new, larger hospital on the same site as an existing hospital facility. When complete, the building will feature in-patient beds, a 24-hour emergency department, maternity and newborn services, daytime surgical services including minor procedures and endoscopy, and increased space for ambulatory/out-patient care to bring consultation services closer to locals.

Highlights of the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital project include high-performance curtain wall with electrochromic glass for patient rooms. This will allow patients to electronically tint their windows according to their desired brightness, which removes the hygiene risk of curtains in a medical setting.
