This beautiful office tower has a distinct elliptical form, floor-to-ceiling glass designed to maximize sunlight exposure, and offers panoramic views of the city and the Rocky Mountains. The design includes a winter garden, more than 15 walkways, one of world’s most extensive pedestrian skywalk systems, and access to ground transportation, including the LRT. The facility is also home to retailers, a fitness centre, and a state-of-the-art conference centre. The building achieved LEED® Gold certification for its high-performance features including floor-to-floor triple glazing, and convex and concave glazing, all of which maximizes natural light while minimizing solar heat gain, as well as managing heat loss. We joined this project in a design assist capacity.
