Palliser South was built in 2010 and is a 19-storey, 300,000 sq. ft. cantilevered office building, located on the corner of 10th Avenue and 1st Street SE. Palliser South received the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award in 2018, LEED® Gold certification in 2017, and BOMA Gold in 2014. Our team operated in a design assist capacity for this building.
