The Well is an innovative, mixed-use complex centrally located at Front/Spadina in Toronto. The project consists of three condominiums, three apartment rental towers, and an office building, and will also offer unique shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood connects to the King St. West and Entertainment District, making this area a hub of energy and culture. Our team conducted work on five of these incredible buildings by providing unitized curtain wall, punched windows, entrances, skylights, and radius glazing.
