This $545 million expansion project opened in 2021 and included 264 private patient rooms, 66 emergency and trauma treatment bays, 12 surgical suites, and a 300-seat conference center. The building is 696,000 sq. ft. and its curved design follows the aesthetic of the Hudson River. Our team provided design assist, engineering, and fabrication services, to create a serpentine curtain wall and custom sunshades. With its sustainable design, the Patient Pavilion is set to achieve LEED® certification.
