The Charles R. Walgreen Jr. Drama Center and Arthur Miller Theater consists of the 250-seat black box Arthur Miller Theatre, and the ‘learning loft’ that includes academic and administrative spaces. The theatre is wrapped in a translucent glass envelope, which makes an elegant and bold statement during the day and evening when it is illuminated. The learning loft contains three flexible 150-seat performance/teaching studios, a full scene shop, and production space on ground level. A glass hallway connects the studios and provides a window where theatre students can be seen practicing.
